Confirmation of booking: Fluency in English will send you a provisional confirmation of booking, total course amount, and payment details within 24 hours.
A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking. This needs to be sent by bank transfer. After you have booked your course, we will send you an acknowledgement of your deposit and confirmation of your booking with details of accommodation.
The balance of the due payment must either be received by bank transfer before the start of the course, or by means of transfer, travellers' cheques, credit card or cash at the start of the course.
After you have booked your course we will send you a pre-course questionnaire, so we can start assessing your needs.
We will arrange a time to talk on the telephone, to assess your current fluency level and discuss any individual requirements or problem areas. This will enable us to tailor your course specifically for you.
A pre-course meeting with your course leader (either Nick or Janet) will usually take place on the evening of your day of arrival. We will meet you at your hotel or guest house, and go through the course plan with you, and provide you with maps and information about Cambridge.
On the first day of your course, we will meet you at your hotel and take you to meet your first teacher.

Cancellations and refunds
If a booking is cancelled by 4 weeks before the start of the course, all monies paid will be refunded, except for a £20 administration charge.
If cancellations are made after this time, the deposit will not be refunded, but we will change the date of your course if possible.
There will be no refunds after the start of the course.
