HOW TO BOOK

To book a course

Check the availability for your course using the calendar on the right.

Please complete and send us the booking form. If you have any questions, please email us at any time.

Confirmation of booking

Fluency in English will send you a provisional confirmation of booking, total course amount, and payment details within 24 hours.

A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking. This needs to be sent by bank transfer.

After we receive your deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking, and all the details of your course and accommodation.

The balance is payable by either bank transfer or cash, on or before the first day of your course.

After you have booked

We will send you a pre-course questionnaire and test, so we can start to assess your English.

After this we will arrange to speak with you on the telephone. We can assess your spoken English fluency, talk to you about your course, and answer any questions you have.

Pre-course meeting

On the first day of your course we will have a pre-course meeting, where we can discuss the plan for your course, and welcome you to Fluency in English.

We will constantly monitor your progress, and get your feedback throughout the course.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

If a booking is cancelled by 2 weeks before the start of the course, there is a full refund, except for a £30 administration charge.

If a booking is cancelled after this time, the deposit will not be refunded, but we will change the date of your course.
